One South is a mixed development located in Seri Kembangan adjacent to South City Plaza. It is developed by Hua Yang and launched in January 2010. This development boasts on "Live, Work and Play" concept. There are few phases to be developed, and the first phase offers a total of 384 shop-office units which built in a street mall concept.
